Daisy Product Line – Limited Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

All products in the Daisy product line are covered by a 30-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies only to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal use. If a defect arises within the warranty period, we will, at our discretion:

  • Repair the product, or
  • Replace the product with the same or a comparable model

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not apply to damage or failure resulting from:

  • Improper handling, installation, or operation
  • Unauthorized modifications or repairs
  • Exposure to extreme environmental conditions (e.g., moisture, heat, corrosion)
  • Accidental damage, including drops, impact, or liquid exposure
  • Normal wear and tear

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, the customer must:

  1. Contact our support team within the 30-day warranty period
  2. Provide proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order number)
  3. Describe the issue in sufficient detail

We may request that the product be returned for inspection before approving a claim.

Limitations and Disclaimers

  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.
  • Liability is limited to the repair or replacement of the product.
  • We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the product.
